Fuel system delivery issue

Hello,
Hooked up the Auto Engenuity and all numbers looked good except for fuel pump which was in the red at 98-99%. Did a little research on this and it’s shown to be normal as the fuel pump should be reading around 100% all the time.
Ran fine around town, but then under load around 60mph it lost all power.
I did narrow it down to be what seemed to a fuel pressure issue. I could sit in the driveway and keep the RPMs above 2000. After a minute the engine would start sputtering until I let off the throttle.
At this time I replaced all fuel filters and did a blue spring upgrade. I found a small crack in the original spring diaphragm that I thought for sure was the cuprit. Also installed a fuel pressure gauge so I could monitor (filter lid mount, not inside cab). Gauge read 60psi at idle. It seemed to fix the issue and ran fine for the next 2-3 weeks around town with no load on it, until this weekend.
Towed a small load, maybe a couple thousand lbs including trailer and climbing a steep mountain and lost all power again. Pulled over and fuel pressure gauge was reading 0psi. It idled fine so I let it sit for a couple minutes and it slowly built up pressure back to around 55psi. Turned around to come home and lost it again a few minutes later. Pressure came back. Dropped trailer and ran home without another issue to trade trucks.
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
